It was a very hard 10 Km, no doubt about it. In fact I believe time slowed down on that second lap but amazingly it was my best time yet, 52 : 51 : 09 in total. I’m happy but very very tired right now.



New shoes for old feet.

I’m thinking of getting a pair of Nike Air or something similar this weekend. Any pair of shoes that reduces stress on your joints seems to be a good , good thing to me.

I’m also toying with the idea of running 3 times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.



A solo run and my best time yet.

It was a fantastic night for a run, cool and clear. I managed to run my best time yet that was 27 min 40 secs 52 h/secs.  Its probably never to be repeated. I guess it was one of those once in a lifetime things.



A new “sports” watch

I thought I had lost my Casio calculator watch on a recent trip to Yokohama so I went out and bought another casio “sports” watch. Its not really a sports watch but thats my only update for this week. Sadly I forgot my gear today so I’ll try to grab an hour or two the weekend and run again.

Current target (wish list) : 29 mins for 5km
