Imperial Palace Route
Our common route is to jog around the perimeter of the Imperial Palace, Tokyo. I drew it out and it came to 5.04Km :

I am training for LA Marathon and I am hoping to run Tokyo in a year or two =)

I’m hoping to start the new year off with a 1/1/09 run around the palace.
there used to be a global running association that used to have once-a-month 5/10K events (and a 50K in November) so I’m wondering if there’s any organized runs for 1/1/09.

Jon .. I don’t know of any events on 1/1. The “Hash House Harriers” have a calendar of their Tokyo events here for info, with the first one in 2009 on the 5th.
