		<description>When its cold or raining, I wear a long sleeve  shirt over the UnderArmour training shirt with a plain rain jacket over the top.  I wear shorts no matter what the temp cause its comfortable for me, so not sure about sweats pants.  I would get a pair of light gloves, in case its really cold.</description>
