Cold Weather Running Gear Stratagies?

Stephen Owen pointed out that it is cold in Tokyo and that I should consider getting some cold weather gear… Anyone have any suggestions on what you need, in particular:
- gloves?
- long running pants (do they need to be water proof)?
- long T-shirt?
- water proof jacket?
Hmm, I wonder where you can get them in Singapore anyway (maybe mail order from the US)!
When its cold or raining, I wear a long sleeve shirt over the UnderArmour training shirt with a plain rain jacket over the top. I wear shorts no matter what the temp cause its comfortable for me, so not sure about sweats pants. I would get a pair of light gloves, in case its really cold.
