Been a long while .. so :

Monday 7.5Km ( ran home )
Tuesday 5Km
Sunday 15Km in two sessions ( ran to work, ran home )
Weight : 69Kg ( going up… )

Reading Joe Kelly’s copy of Dean Karnazes book of ultramarathon running. Insane but positive stuff.
