Tokyo Marathon

I’m in Mumbai on work staying at the Taj President, yesterday I checked out the gym which has a couple of good running machines and a CRT telivision with MTV.  Suffering from a sore back (the chairs in the office are terrible) a headache from visiting our new building site and listening to hammering for about 3 hours and a cold (or is it a reaction to the dust) I decided to go for a run on the treadmill.

I only ran 10.98km but it was increadibly boring, with what seemed like 100s of TV channels there wasn’t a single program on that was interesting.
