10Km … the return

Another 10Km yesterday, the first 5Km of which we ( thats Joe and I ) were joined by Alex. Welcome Alex ! Joe was absorbed by his new Nike running shoes, though fortunately not literally.

Two shoes for 10Km.. so :

Km since last blog : 10
Total Km :  85

Cannot quite comprehend I will have to get up to 8 and half shoes by February.
