Shoe says : Paul actually ran today

Another 5Km tonight, then back to work ( its getting on for 10pm as I write this .. ) to finish some things. I seem to be getting slower. Both the running and the work :-)

Cool site, like the distance tracking but need to get those distances up! Since 29/5 I’ve logged 301km in Singapore, and its horribly humid weather so the going is tough at the 20km mark :)

Christoph, thats insane ! 300Km ? I’m finding it hard to find the time, it takes me a good 1.5 hours to run 10Km once I’ve taken into account the getting changed, getting to the Palace, warm up and all that. Its going to be very hard on Mrs M for me to spend much more time enjoying (?) myself…
