Another 5Km today after work, trailing the same obliging Joe. Foolishly openly promised I’d buy a proper sports watch if I broke 30 mins. Something to better time the lightning fast runs I’ve been thrilling Tokyo with. Anyway, material gratification will have to wait: managed it in 31 minutes…
