24 06 2006Err, buy some shoes. Or use old ones. Old ones should be okay. Pedometer ? Dont think so. Better log my miles, I mean kilometers. And weight and body fat maybe. And “positivometer” rating, 1-10, on how good I feel about this dumb idea. I’ll start with a 10.
