Err, buy some shoes. Or use old ones. Old ones should be okay. Pedometer ? Dont think so. Better log my miles, I mean kilometers. And weight and body fat maybe. And “positivometer” rating, 1-10, on how good I feel about this dumb idea. I’ll start with a 10.

One minute I’m Mr Sloth with no time and no energy and then somehow I’ve entered into the Tokyo Marathon for 2007 along with some work friends. Its .. odd. Anyhow, might as well be all retro and blog it. See how long that lasts – the blog and the enthusiasm to run the marathon.
