The right tools

Although treadmills generally seem to record distance and can take a heart rate, holding the heart rate monitor whilst running is fairly difficult.  Hence I went out and bought the Polar RS200sd.

Well I think it is the Polar RS200sd which is certainly what I paid for however etched on the back of the watch is only RS200.

The watch comes with a heart rate strap and a nifty foot pod which together provide distance traveled, hear rate and calories (or how many packets of crisps you can now eat).

Looks very nice…. im feeling completely inadequate with my sen yen watch from Don Quijote. However mine does have a light so I can actually see/use the stop watch when the sun goes down. (sorry Paul… I couldnt resist)
